PARTICIPATION IS THE KEY TO EMPOWERING INSIGHT

Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on doing". Experiential learning is distinct from rote or didactic learning, in which the learner plays a comparatively passive role.

Our facilitators work with the participants to recognize and enhance the attitudes, skills and abilities they already have, the strengths needed to prosper in the 21st Century, both personally and professionally.

We provide something that no book, no lecture, no disc, video or audio tape or CD can give.

The participants will learn through exercises, discussions, journal creation, team experiences, and active introspection.
